Indrani is a seasoned Analytics leader with 12+ years of experience in Analytics & Data Science and has worked with a varied range of businesses spanning across Consumer BNPL lending, SMB and Enterprise lending and traditional deposit and credit card portfolios. She is passionate about creating competitive advantage for hyper growth, fast paced organizations through rich insights, deep analysis and smart predictions. She specializes in building and scaling Analytics & Data Science teams from the ground up and bringing data to the core of strategic decisioning for senior executives.

Currently Indrani heads the Analytics practice for Razorpay Capital, which is the newest and fastest growing businesses arm of Razorpay. Her team of data analysts and scientists have been driving data democratization and influencing critical business decisions across Risk, Product and Business charters. As a hands-on leader, Indrani keeps her team excited about creating impact through deep problem solving, keeping up with the latest tech stack and building best-in-class solutions.

Indrani holds a Master degree in Economics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India.
